Cancellation Eligibility

  • Pre-Shipment: Cancel anytime before your order enters "Processing" status (typically within 1 hour of placement).

  • Post-Shipment: Cannot be canceled; follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Cancel

  1. Submit Request: Email help@greatbuffalo.store with:

    • Subject: "CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]"

    • Body: Full name + billing address

  2. Confirmation: We reply within 1 business hour with:

    • Cancellation confirmation, OR

    • Shipment notification if unable to cancel

Refund Process

  • Timing: 24 hours after cancellation approval

  • Method: Original payment card

  • Statement Descriptor: "GREAT BUFFALO"

Key Limitations

  • Orders using discount codes >10% require manual review

  • Custom-built bicycles cannot be canceled after 30 minutes
